How we use information
We use information to evaluate and present candidates, manage searches, operate portal accounts, communicate with candidates and clients, provide and improve services, secure our systems, prevent abuse, meet contractual and legal obligations, and understand website performance. We do not sell personal information.
How information is shared
Candidate information is shared with authorized People First personnel and with clients considering the candidate for an appropriate opportunity. Client information is shared only as needed to deliver services. We may use vetted service providers for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, document storage, and business operations under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.
AI-assisted processing
Authorized users may use AI-assisted features to analyze résumés, summarize recruiting information, or support matching and communications. These tools support professional judgment; they do not replace human review of hiring decisions. Access controls and contractual safeguards apply to information sent to service providers.
Retention and deletion
We retain candidate, client, account, document, communication, analytics, and security records only while reasonably needed for active recruiting, service delivery, legitimate business records, contractual obligations, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and system security. Retention periods can vary by record type and relationship. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely archive it in accordance with our retention procedures.
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information, email chuck@pfrecruiting.com. We may verify your identity and may retain limited records where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service is risk-free. Security concerns may be reported using our security.txt instructions.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications and control browser cookies through your browser settings. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. We will respond to verified requests as required by law.
